Anonymous sent: what happens in chapter 481 in bleach?
All right, so the chapter opens with Hiyori and Lisa walking down the street in Karakura Town, fresh out of the local bath. They exchange a couple words, and we find out that Hachi and Love still reside in Karakura town with the two of them. At this point in the manga, we’ve now established that all the Visoreds are alive and well, save for Mashiro, who’s status has yet to be confirmed. Hiyori notes that she can “smell a shinigami?” and (what looks to be) a garganta begins to open up near her and Lisa.
Meanwhile, Ryunosuke wakes up in Ichigo’s bed. Ichigo informs him that he’s been asleep for a full day due to his injuries, and that Ichigo and his pals rescued him and Shino two days prior. There’s a brief flashback, and we get to see Ichigo and the Karakura gang get down to some good old-fashioned hollow ass-kicking. After that, Orihime, Uryu, and Chad burst into Ichigo’s room, quickly followed by Shino.
After a quick reunion between Ryunosuke and Shino, and a banter exchange, the manga show’s a brief scene of Yumchika and Ikkaku in Soul Society. The two are running, and Ikkaku mentions that “people can’t just vanish like that!”
The chapter ends with Ivan Azgiaro introducing himself to Ichigo and the gang by entering Ichigo’s bedroom through the window.

No Plan B / Manafest
30-DAY ICHIHIME CHALLENGE:
↳DAY 07. A song you’d personally dedicate to Orihime.
↳DAY 08. A song you’d personally dedicate to Ichigo.
Since I was too busy to make yesterday’s IH!Challenge post, here’s a combination of Day 07 & Day 08. I guess I’m just lucky that the prompts are so closely related to one another!
All right, for Orihime, I’d dedicate “Illuminated” by Hurts. The song is about having an epiphany, or experiencing an important revelation. And I feel like it especially goes along with the scene where Orihime realizes that “even though it’s wrong… even though [she] shouldn’t mean this much to everyone…”, she cheers on Ichigo whilst fighting Grimmjow with that infamous “You don’t have to win, and you don’t have to fight for me— just don’t get hurt anymore.” speech. In any case, the song is lovely— and I really think it fits Orihime.
And for Ichigo, I think I’d choose “No Plan B” by Manafest. It’s a great, kickass song that definitely keeps in line with Ichigo’s destiny as a shinigami (maybe almost a little too well, with lyrics like “How can I know that I’ve got what it takes when I’ve come so far through the rain?”). Honestly, it’s the most perfect song I’ve ever come across for his character that wasn’t related to Bleach in any way.
Anyways, out of the two listed here, I decided to post the song I’ve dedicated to Ichigo. Enjoy!

Make You Feel My Love / Adele
30-DAY ICHIHIME CHALLENGE:
↳DAY 06. A romantic song you’d dedicate to IchiHime.
I had a difficult time picking something for this prompt, just because I don’t generally think about fanmixes and songs for IchiHime, but I went with the clichéd choice of an Adele song, “Make You Feel My Love”.
This is a song of devotion to another— and to be honest, if Ichigo reciprocated Orihime’s love, I feel like this song would be perfect for them! Orihime and Ichigo are both very devoted people, and a bit thickheaded at times, when it comes to expressing their own feelings to others. But I think that… this song definitely applies to this scene in my head where they’re both trying to convey how much they mean to one another. It’s a bit hard for me to explain, but I definitely think that this song could easily apply to IchiHime.
